There comes a point in life when you realize that some things matter more than convenience.
For me...
It was people.
Over the years, I had the privilege of leading incredible teams and working with wonderful customers. Those experiences taught me that the businesses people remember aren't always the biggest.
They're the ones that make people feel valued.
I also watched something change.
Customer service became rushed.
Relationships became transactional.
Too often, people were treated like account numbers instead of individuals.
I knew there had to be a better way.
So I decided to build one.
RiverTown wasn't created simply to clean homes or provide laundry services.
It was created to bring professionalism, kindness, reliability, and genuine care back to every customer interaction.
We believe the little things matter.
Returning phone calls.
Showing up when we say we will.
Communicating clearly.
Treating every home, every business, and every customer with respect.
Because trust isn't built through advertising.
It's built one interaction at a time.
That's why RiverTown exists.
Why RiverTown Exists
Thank you for taking a few moments to get to know us.
Every business has a story. This one is personal.
A Letter From Lisa
Hello, I'm Lisa.
Founder of RiverTown.
When I started this company, I wasn't trying to build the biggest cleaning or laundry company in the Mid-Ohio Valley.
I wanted to build the company I wished existed.
A company where professionalism still matters.
Where people still answer the phone.
Where promises are kept.
Where customers feel appreciated instead of processed.
Every decision we make is guided by one simple question:
Will this make life easier for our customer?
If the answer is yes...
We're on the right path.
Welcome to RiverTown.
We're honored you're here.
Lisa Anderson
Founder
Professional in Every Detail.
Human in Every Interaction.
Thank you for taking the time to learn why RiverTown means so much to me.
I look forward to the opportunity to earn your trust.
